Taking inspiration from the Chau Chak Wing Museum’s collections, Goffman has applied her detailed eye and wit to turn utilitarian vessels and other found materials into objet d’art.

Half a miniature glass plaque, depicting the ‘old man’ character theatre mask from New Comedy plays Egypt, 50 BC–AD 50

The Australian one-dollar bank note (issued in 1966) used elements of Yolŋu artist David Daymirriŋu Maḻangi’s Gurrmirriŋu bark painting miny’tji (design), without his knowledge or consent.
